Reply:Fruit yes but not really at all in any traditional sense. Remember the old argument is it a fruit or vegetable?? The seed head is not replaced by any fuit as that release of the seeds and the cotton is the end of the life cycle. If anything you could look at as a nut bearing plant that turns into a very fluffly mouthful of yuck that makes you sound just like the godfarter via MARLON BRANDO..

1 cup flower chocolate muffins?

Chocolate chip muffins
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1/4 cup sugar
* 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 egg
* 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons milk
* 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
* 1/4 cup and 2 tablespoons miniature semisweet chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients. In a small bowl, beat egg, milk and oil. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

4. In a large bowl, stir together flour, soda, and salt. Make a hole in the center of the dry ingredients, pour in the chocolate mixture, and stir until just combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips. Spoon the batter into the lined muffin cups.
5. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean. Remove muffin tin from oven and let stand at least 5 minutes, before removing the muffins and letting them cool on a wire rack. Serve warm or cooled; can be frozen as well.

If you fertilized it to give it a little pep, you might have %26quot;over fertilized%26quot; them and burned them. Remove the drip pan from the bottom and water a lot to help flush out the fertilizer. Them don%26#039;t refertilize for about 6 months.

But the rule of thumb has always been if they top soil feels dry and/or the leaves look droopy like all the life has gone out of them then water. Don%26#039;t over water. Just give them enough so that the ground around them stops sucking up the water so readily.
Also put them in or by a window that gets at least a couple of hours of sun a day.
Feed them plant food once every six month.
If they are cold sensitive keep them out of drafts in the winter time.

You could buy a soaker hose and place it directly in the beds and leave it there. Then every so many days hook your regular garden hose up to it and let it run a couple hours to get a good soaking. That has worked for me. Good Luck!

More than likely it%26#039;s a Lantana. There are several varieties in different colors, but the pink/yellow/white combo is probably the most common. It grows like a weed here in Texas but usually dies back after the first frost and returns from roots/seeds in the spring.

Reply:Usually you see small girls (10 or under) being flower girls but brides get to do pretty much what they want at their wedding so if your aunt wants you to do it and you want to do it I see no reason for you not to.

Reply:Most flower girls are 9 or younger but actually I%26#039;ve only known flower girls that were 5 or younger with one exception. One girl I knew in college had 5 bridesmaids and 5 flower girls. All 10 were college age. She didn%26#039;t want anyone of her friends to feel left out so she made her friends from home bridesmaids and her friends that she knew only in college to be flower girls. I must say it looked ridiculous.

Traditionally, flower girls are between the ages of 4-8. You could maybe stretch it to 9 or 10....but that would be the cutoff. Anyone older than 10 should be a junior bridesmaid.

After they are done blooming is usually a good time unless they produce seed that you want. The seed they produce takes energy away from the plant that it could be storing to grow bigger. Pretty much all flowers that have bulbs, corms, rhizomes, etc. can be cut anytime, but just make sure you leave the leaves so the plant can make more food.
Reply:You can cut them back when they begin to wither. Another option is to let the flower heads go to seed so you can collect them and dry them ready for next year. Are you aware that if you dead-head it will encourage the plant to produce more flowers. The proguction of flowers is the main objective of all plants, when you dead-head the plant will try to produce more flowers so it can re-produce.

What color flower will go with a champagne colored prom dress that isn't yellow?
I was recently in a wedding and we wore champagne dresses and carried a bouquet of white lilly%26#039;s. We looked great and the pictures turned out just beautiful!

I would suggest staying within the earthtones scale ... say, orange or peach with greenery softened by an ivory-colored baby%26#039;s breath. If you have lighter skin/hair, I%26#039;d go with the orange; if you have darker skin/hair, I%26#039;d go with the peachy tones.
